Compact stirrers
For the correct choice of stirrer, the most important criteria are your process requirements and the application area: (for example whether you need ATEX specifcation):
FLUKO compact stirrers are offered in five versions and can be configured in a variety of ways depending on your requirements. Special stirrers are available for each branch of industry and are designed and configured for the customers needs by choosing appropriate stirring attachment, material, sealing and type of drive system.

For tasks involving the stirring of aqueous products in small drums, we recommend a fast-running stirrer of type SM.
For higher viscosity media or large container dimensions, GM stirrers from FLUKO are the right solution.
For very rough operating conditions or high viscosity in very large containers, compact stirrers of type FGM are used.
If the space above the container is restricted, compact stirrers of type SGM with angular-gear motor are used.
The FLUKO type RM compact stirrer is used where manual adjustment of stirrer speed is needed.
Drum Stirrers
Drum stirrers are used when you need to process liquids directly in the drum. The FLUKO stirrer is screwed directly onto the bung-hole and these models are optimally designed for the intended process of treatment or homogenising in the drum.
The stirrer can be supplied with three-phase motor or pneumatic motor.
Container stirrers
Container stirrers are used for all the common systems of plastic and metal transport containers when you need to mix directly in the container.
FLUKO offers standard solutions for different areas such as tasks in which protection from potential explosion is needed or where there are special requirements in the food industry.
Laboratory stirrers
FLUKO laboratory stirrers can be used for tasks from laboratory research to scale-up plants. They are equipped with optimally matched stands and, in the standard model, with a controller for variable speed. Laboratory stirrers, are available in ATEX versions for use in hazardous areas.
