Dispersing machines
Dispersing machines are used in all areas of industry where mixing of liquids or liquids with solids is required. The dispersing effect results from the high shearing forces generated in the gap between rotor and stator. This causes strong circulation of the medium and intensive working of the materials to be mixed.
FLUKO dispersing machines are available as batch or, for continuous operation, as inline dispersing machines from laboratory to industrial production scale.
In all cases, the degree and speed of mixing achieved with FLUKO dispersing machines are precisely matched to the individual product requirements and processes.
Industry
Industrial requirements are met by FLUKO batch and inline dispersing machines.
FLUKO batch dispersing machines are configured in compact form without bearings in the dispersing head, because of which the mixing assembly is not susceptible to wear and the product remains uncontaminated. The machines can be equipped with different sealing systems.
In batch operation, the medium is drawn upwards and downwards by the rotor and transported in a radial direction.
Inline dispersing machines are used when the dispersing process is required to run continuously or where the container dimensions are unfavorable. Through the pumping effect of the dispersing machine, the medium can be either recirculated or pumped to the next process stage.

Laboratory
Laboratory dispersing machines are used for tasks up to scale- up plants. Their field of application also includes performance testing for specific products and development of new products in dispersing technology. These machines, too, are available in an explosion-proof version.
